{"id":957,"date":"2022-03-19T22:19:28","date_gmt":"2022-03-19T20:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euinst.bilbo.dev\/?p=957"},"modified":"2022-10-30T20:31:29","modified_gmt":"2022-10-30T18:31:29","slug":"improving-the-capacity-for-corporation-between-the-institutions-in-working-with-unaccompanied-minors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europeaninstitute.bg\/en\/news\/improving-the-capacity-for-corporation-between-the-institutions-in-working-with-unaccompanied-minors\/","title":{"rendered":"Improving the capacity for corporation between the institutions in working with unaccompanied minors"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The project \u201cImproving the capacity for corporation between the institutions in working with unaccompanied minors\u201d is financed by the Home Affairs Programme of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 (Procedure Improving the national asylum and migration capacities, especially as regards provision of conditions for vulnerable migrants and in particular for unaccompanied minors).<br \/>\nThe main objective of the project is to increase the capacity and to improve the mechanism of interaction between national institutions and non-governmental and international organizations working in the field of asylum and migration (with a focus on working with unaccompanied minors).<br \/>\nThe planned project activities include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Recommendations for improving the mechanism for cooperation and interaction of the competent institutions in working with unaccompanied minors:<br \/>\n&#8211; Development of analytical report with foreign practices in the field of asylum and migration;<br \/>\n&#8211; Development of profile of unaccompanied minors (UAMs) in Bulgaria;<br \/>\n&#8211; Development of recommendations for improvement of the mechanism for cooperation and interaction of the competent institutions in the management of activities with UAMs that will be systematized in a proposal for separate legal act;<br \/>\n&#8211; Stakeholder consultation meetings;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Capacity building of the stakeholders in the asylum and migration sphere:<br \/>\n&#8211; Creation of a manual and training materials with guidelines in the field of asylum and migration, with a focus on working with UAMs;<br \/>\n&#8211; Conducting 8 two-day trainings for stakeholder capacity building;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Developing a web-based innovative tool &#8211; &#8220;referral pathway&#8221; in working with unaccompanied minors.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these activities, information and publicity activities are planned.
